Optical Lab Technician-Chaska

Essential duties and responsibilities:​

• Inspecting and verifying orders are in accordance with ANSI standards

• Blocking and edging orders

• Assemble and adjust glasses

• Take care of equipment and perform maintenance as needed

• Receive and inspect lab jobs and stock lens orders

• Traying up, labeling, and sorting store orders

• Readying completed jobs for shipping

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task

• Comfortable working with a computer

• Three years edging experience required

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
