The Minnesota Eye Consultants Optometric Mini-Fellowship is designed to assist optometrists in their understanding of the surgical and tertiary care provided for their referred patients. Surgical and treatment options for patients with eye diseases are constantly changing, and Minnesota Eye Consultants surgeons are at the forefront of the newest technologies. International and national providers of new products for eye care consider the Research Department at Minnesota Eye Consultants as one of the most skilled and credible resources available. The Minnesota Eye Consultants surgeons are often utilizing these newer technologies during a visiting optometrist's mini-fellowship. Additionally, forms necessary for the documentation of the referral process and the co-management relationship will be provided at the conclusion of the mini-fellowship.
