Part-time Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Title: Marketing Coordinator

Status: Non Exempt

Report to: Executive Director

Job Summary: Responsible for internal and external marketing in the practice. Ensures patient satisfaction through external marketing programs,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • External Marketing Tasks:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for each clinic
  • Develop, design, and maintain digital marketing platforms including website, social media sites, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Attend and coordinate materials for business expos.
  • Design external promotional materials including signage, direct mailing, newspaper advertisements, social media posts, web banners, brochures, and patient newsletters.
  • Design ophthalmology packets including brochures, forms, and business cards. Deliver packets to external providers.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness of product and services Southwest Eye Care offers. * Internal Marketing tasks:
  • Create practice uniformity in merchandising opticals and internal signage.
  • Develop and maintain internal administrative forms
  • Create and maintain our company brand culture through employee engagement. * Travel to other offices required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Credentials and Experience (established by supervisor)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Two years previous marketing experience, creative design, and/or advertising experience.

Full-time Optician/Sales Associate Minnetonka

Southwest Eye Care is searching for an energetic, dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our Minnetonka Clinic. If you have customer service or sales experience and are looking for a change, or have experience in optical and are looking for a new challenge, this position might be for you.

At each Southwest Eye Care location, we believe in creating a positive experience for patients. Our energy as a team transfers through to patient care, resulting in our patients leaving with a smile. Candidates must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to details, and thrive working with a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • styling and ordering patient eyeglasses
  • dispensing contacts and eyeglasses
  • repairing eyeglasses
  • administering minor accounts receivable functions including billing for product and services, entering payments from patients, and reconciling daily monies received
  • front desk tasks (scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, insurance verification)

Qualifications: As an ambitious self-starter, this person will guide our patients through the eye care process while building lasting relationships. We will train the right candidate. Two years optical experience, sales experience, or customer service experience preferred.
